Our philosophy is simple: We don't collect what we don't need. And we don't need anything about you.
1. Data Collection
Z12 does not request name, email, phone number or any identification document. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify individual user behavior.
2. Messages and Content
All messages sent through Z12 are encrypted. They remain in the server's temporary memory only while the room is active. Once the room is closed or expires (maximum 24h), all content is permanently deleted, with no possibility of recovery.
3. Access Codes
The only identifier associated with your access is the unique code. This code is not linked to any personal identity. Purchase history is managed by external payment processors and is not cross-referenced with chat activity.
4. IP Addresses
We do not register IP address logs linked to messages. Our server logs are technical, generic and rotated every 48 hours for infrastructure security maintenance.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
Since we do not collect personal data, it is impossible to sell or share it with third parties, advertising agencies or authorities, as the data simply does not exist in our database.
